RENEWAL DEADLINE: AUGUST 30TH, 2025
It's that time of year again to renew your NNPN Membership! Please fill out the form below to let us know if your theater would like to continue NNPN Membership this fiscal year.
FY26 Member Theater dues have been set at $3,000 for Core Member Theaters and $750 for Associate Member Theaters, and an invoice with payment options will follow your confirmation that you will be rejoining us.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Executive Director Nan Barnett at nan@nnpn.org.
STEP 1: LET US KNOW YOU’D LIKE TO RENEW!
Please fill out the form below letting us know if your theater would like to renew in FY26. You can also update your theater’s contact info and AR/AB Statement and Action Plan (a requirement for Membership) via the renewal form below. Review NNPN’s AR/AB Statement and Action Plan.
STEP 2: UPDATE YOUR THEATER’S CONTACT INFORMATION
Please update any contact information for your theater using the form below to ensure the right folks get renewal notices and invoices for dues. This is especially important if you’ve had any recent staff or leadership changes. If you know that your theater’s contact information is up to date, feel free to skip to STEP 3.
Please Note: All emails provided will be added to our internal database as well as our constituent mailing lists and will receive NNPN communications and promotional emails, including our monthly newsletter, NNPN News. There is also the option to add your contact information to the NNPN Member Theater Directory. Please help us make this tool as useful as possible by opting in to include your contact information!
STEP 3: PAY YOUR DUES
Your invoice and unique code for a complimentary NPX subscription will be sent via email through our Quickbooks invoicing system to your theater's billing contact after we receive your renewal form. If you are unsure who your billing contact is or want to confirm, please email admin@nnpn.org.
You will have the option to pay via ACH direct deposit, credit card, or paper check made out to National New Play Network and mailed to P.O. Box 1692, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460.
You can contact Executive Director Nan Barnet with any questions about your theater's dues invoice at nan@nnpn.org.
By sending in your dues payment for another year of Network Membership, we assume that your company affirms and agrees to collectively work toward NNPN’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
If you are not paid up on FY25 Dues, your invoice(s) will reflect that. Your theater must pay FY25 dues in their entirety before proceeding with payment on FY26 dues. Your theater will not be eligible to receive Programmatic Funding (including funding for a Rolling World Premiere, the Producer in Residence Program, and the Collaboration Fund) if you are not current on your dues with NNPN.
Questions about FY26 Programs? Contact Programs Director Anne Morgan at anne@nnpn.org.
If your theater needs a payment plan for FY26 Dues, you must submit a request for a payment plan no later than the deadline for renewals on August 30th, 2025. Read more information on Financial Assistance below.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR FY26 DUES
Dues have been set for FY26 at $3,000 for Core Member Theaters and $750 for Associate Member Theaters.
Discounts or waivers are only available in FY26 for companies with prior year recorded operating expenses of less than $500,000.
The number of payment plans, however, have been increased. NNPN now offers monthly or quarterly automatic deductions for dues in addition to payments in full via credit card or check.
Your company will receive an invoice with more detailed information on your discount, waiver, and payment options. Please note: both discounts and waivers are limited to the first 10 theaters to apply. These funds are limited and available on a first come, first served basis until the budget line is exhausted.
If you have any invoicing or billing questions related to your membership renewal, please contact NNPN Operations Director Rose Figueroa at rose@nnpn.org.
