ABOUT PLAY CLUB:

Play Club is a new national book club for theatre lovers that is quickly growing into an exciting intergenerational, multi-cultural audience for new plays. We explore plays as an art form that is both a literary and a live embodied experience, featuring some of the most exciting playwrights of our time. Each month, we feature a playwright and play. Like a book club, members purchase and read the play, and are invited to join small group discussions facilitated by founder / playwright Amy Wheeler and guest theatre artists. Then they meet the Playwright in an interactive Zoom Conversation and Q&A. We are also hosting meet-ups at theatres across the country and going to see plays together.
