RP is a freelance Arts Administrator, working with arts organizations nationally to fill gaps and strategically increase capacity. RP managed the $20M Open Studio renovation of Washington DC’s Studio Theatre, spent two years as Producer-in-Residence at National New Play Network, and was the Producing Associate for the 2018 Women’s Voices Theatre Festival.
