Alex Ledgewood is a comedian originally from Dallas involved in standup, voiceover, and improv, who approaches current events with a distorted sense of language. His work has been presented and funded by Arts Mission Oak Cliff, Black Revolutionary Theater Workshop, Bishop Arts Theatre Center, National New Play Network, Play Penn, Great Plains, Yale College, and the Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. His one-man shows include WELL SPOKEN and the Richard Pryor biographical piece DEAD MAN WALKING. He currently teaches at the University of Iowa and studies at Second City Chicago.
